Return
To return an item to Baby Berliée, please contact our team within 14 days after you received your package via email at info@babyberliee.com. Please provide your order number and the items you would like to return.
After sending the return request, we ask that all items be returned to us within 14 days, in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return package. Attention: You are in charge of the return costs.
Retourprocedure:
Stap 1: Put all items in the original box or any other secured box.
Stap 2: Fill in the return form and add it to the box.
Stap 3: Bring the packsage to DHL or PostNL and sent it to our retouraddress.
Stap 4: You will receive a shipping receipt. Keep it safe.

All items must be returned new, unused and in original Baby Berliée packaging or any secured packaging (excluding gift packaged items).
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer or if the item is damaged, we will charge costs for it.
Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 14 working days. We reserve the right to wait till we received the items before we proceed with the pay back.
Guarantee
Baby Berliée strives to deliver only items to you in top condition. In the unlikely event that your order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim warranty.
From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within one month of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
A product is excluded from warranty if demonstrably other use than in daily use may be assumed as a result of which damage has occurred OR if a product will be returned without any prior notice.
Complaints
Is there something wrong with your order you received? Report your complaint (please add a photo) by e-mail to info@babyberliee.com. We will handle the complaint carefully, you will receive a response from us within 7 working days.
